CANARI is part of the Natural Environment Research Council’s National Capability Multi-Centre Science programme.

National Capability Multi-Centre Science programmes are designed to bring science centres together for more ambitious, integrated, and large-scale research into critical environmental challenges.

CANARI science will be relevant to research groups, governments, international development organisations, universities and businesses in the UK and Europe. The programme’s work will help shape government policy, protect our environment and seek to improve people’s lives.
